Meet our center director
With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Mitchell has dedicated her career to helping children discover their potential while empowering families through quality education. Her passion extends far beyond the classroom she believes every child deserves a strong academic foundation, meaningful relationships, and the confidence to succeed in school and in life.
As an educator, mentor, business owner, and consultant, Mrs. Mitchell proudly wears many hats. Throughout her career, she has served as a childcare leader, educational coach, professional development specialist, and business mentor, helping aspiring entrepreneurs establish and strengthen successful childcare programs and educational businesses.
Road to Success Academy Learning Center was founded on her vision of creating a school where children are known by name, encouraged daily, challenged academically, and inspired to become confident leaders. Her commitment to excellence, innovation, and family partnership continues to shape the culture of RTSA every day.
Whether she is supporting a scholar's first reading milestone, mentoring future childcare professionals, or partnering with parents, Mrs. Mitchell's greatest passion remains the same making a lasting difference in the lives of children and the families she serves.
