At Road to Success Academy, we value transparency. Below are the Top 5 Handbook Highlights every parent should know:

1️⃣ Tuition & Late Payments

Friday- Tuition Due (in advance)
After 6pm Friday Late payment Fee $35 will be charge.
Monday: All unpaid fees must be paid upon arrival Monday morning for entry.
Tuition is based on time reserved, not actual attendance. No reductions or adjustments are made for absences.

2️⃣ Attendance & Extended Hours Policy

Road to Success Academy Learning Center operates on a school‑day schedule with optional extended‑care services.

Core Instructional Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Before Care: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM After Care: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Families who are not enrolled in Before Care or After Care will be charged a daily extended‑care fee for any early drop‑off (before 8:00 AM) or late pick‑up (after 3:00 PM).

Late Pick‑Up After 6:00 PM:

$25 for the first 15 minutes
$1 per minute thereafter

Accounts with three (3) or more late pick‑ups may be subject to termination.

3️⃣ Drop‑Off Policy

All students must be dropped off no later than 9:00 AM to ensure a smooth start to the instructional day.

Students arriving after 9:00 AM must provide a doctor’s note in order to be admitted.

This policy supports classroom consistency, minimizes disruptions, and maintains the integrity of our learning environment.

4️⃣ Attendance & Absences

Parents must notify the center by 9:00 AM if their child will be absent for the day.

The center does not credit, refund, or waive tuition or extended‑day fees due to absences or missed attendance. All weekly fees remain due regardless of a child’s presence.

Consistent attendance supports classroom flow, group learning, and daily planning.
